New York State Route 294 (NY 294) is a state highway in northern New York state. This highway is an east–west route between the Town of Lewis in Lewis County and the Village of Boonville in Oneida County.
At its eastern terminus, NY Route 294 connects with NY 12D in the Village of Boonville in Oneida County. At the western terminus in Lewis County, NY Route 294 intersects NY 26 at West Leyden. Between these two points the roadway passes through the community of Redmond Center in the Town of Ava in Oneida County.

NY 294 begins at NY 26 in the Lewis hamlet of West Leyden in southern Lewis County. It travels east and crosses into Oneida County 0.75 miles (1.21 km) from NY 26. After about 5.5 miles (8.9 km), NY 294 enters the village of Boonville and becomes Ford Street. NY 294 ends in the center of Boonville at NY 46 (Post Street).
The entirety of NY 294 was assigned as part of the 1930 renumbering of state highways in New York.[1]
